Every day we help Canadians obtain US Entry Waivers or an I-194 so that they can travel safely to the US.
A US Entry or I-194 is required if you have a criminal record in Canada and you have been denied entry to the US.
If you have a criminal record in Canada but have not been denied entry to the US, you may be safe to travel once you have received a Canada Pardon, depending on the file.
Here is a lovely thank you letter from a client we recently helped to obtain a US Entry Waiver:
“When we are young we make bad choices, not everyone does, but some of us do. I was one of those young people that chose the wrong way more than once.”
“Then BAM its 20 or 30 years later and you have a family and grandchildren. How do you tell these kids you can’t vacation with them? My wife travels alone with the grandchildren because I made mistakes.”
“Now I am free thanks to you Pardons Canada. More than this, is the feeling deep inside, it might be pride instead of shame, I don’t really know, but it feels right.”
“I am so grateful that I have been given another chance in life.”
