Package #1: Files are for non-convictions or waiver renewals

Package #2: Files include the following services:

  • Support Letter: This is a legally binding document stating your application will successfully be completed.
  • All Courts Fees: Courts fees can run up to $250 or more.
  • A more Personalized Level of Support: If issues arise, phone support and/or contact with department specialist; assistance with documentation; contact with the Parole Board of Canada (PBC) and/or contributing agencies if necessary such as courts and police agencies.
  • If Future Eligibility: your file will have precedence during the review process.

Fee Includes: All disbursements [except HST, print certification, local police check (if applicable), U.S. Waiver Fee (U$585) and Federal Government fees]

Disbursements include: photocopies, postage, courier charges, faxes, court charges, police fees, long distance costs, etc. Support letters, assistance with personal letters and affidavits, correspondence with all government bodies, file status maintenance, file maintenance if early and meetings with counsellors are all included.

There is an additional administration fee of $195.00 when 2 or more convictions and/or if Saskatchewan courts required.

Please note that Pardons Canada has no control over the Parole Board of Canada (PBC), police services, statutory eligibility dates, or Canadian and American Governments.

A minimum of $250 is needed to start your file. It is better, however, to pay the entire cost at once. This will avoid delays in processing your file because we will not have to wait for your next payment.

Dear Pardons Canada,

First off, I would like to thank the PBC for granting me a Record Suspensions for driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol. I appreciate the confidence the board has shown me by granting me the suspension. Having a criminal record weighed heavy on my personal life, as you live with the thought you let your loved ones down every day by your poor choices. Living with shame and guilt every day is very trying on the heart and soul.

Being granted my suspension will allow me to feel like a part of society again. The removal allows me to look forward to getting a passport and start enjoying life like it is supposed to be in my retirement years. Travelling with family and friends without missing out on life.
