Pardons Fees
Pardons Canada can undertake all necessary steps and procedures for removing your criminal record, including: Pardons, Purges, and File Destructions. You will be responsible to pay the cost of your file.
It is easy for us to help you. We will get your fingerprints and photos certified, and collect police and court records. All of these documents belong to you as we are using your money to pay the police, court, RCMP and National Parole Board. The end result is that your criminal record will be cleared and you will receive proof in writing.
Pardon/Purge/File Destruction:
Non-Urgent = $450
Urgent = $570
Urgent Files: Files with urgent status are treated with priority. Extra time is put into these files to ensure the process is expedited. On average, you will save 5 months in processing time.
Please note that Pardons Canada has no control over the National Parole Board (NPB), statutory eligibility dates, or Canadian and American Governments
Fee Includes: All disbursements (except HST, print certification, local police check and federal government fees).
Disbursements include: photocopies, postage, courier charges, faxes, court charges, police fees, etc. Support letters, assistance with personal letters, correspondence with all government bodies, file status maintenance, file maintenance if early and meetings with counselors is all included.
A minimum of $200 is needed to start your file. If you can comfortably afford the whole amount, it is best if you can pay it all now- to save the potential disadvantage of slowing us down if your paperwork comes in ahead of schedule.
Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cheque or Money Order (payable to Pardons Canada).
